Description
Job Summary:
The specialized Nurse Practitioner role in the Mother/Baby Nurse Practitioner (Nurse) specialty is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The position involves a rotating day/night schedule, providing care in a busy maternity setting. The Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality maternal and neonatal care, supporting patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating D/E shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, relevant educational background, Massachusetts licensure, and a minimum of 2 years experience in NICU or maternal/child health settings, along with 1 year of travel experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Mother/Baby or postpartum care, and prior NICU experience.
- Additional Information: The position requires adherence to hospital policies and SOPs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities, and skilled in patient communication and teamwork.
