Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Nurse position available in Oakland, Oregon. The role involves providing in-home patient care within a designated coverage area. The schedule typically includes weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with on-call and weekend responsibilities requiring one weekend of coverage per month.

Location: Oakland, Oregon
Schedule: Days, with shifts generally from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM depending on RN preference; minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Oregon and Washington Registered Nurse (RN) licenses, valid driver's license, auto insurance, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information: The role involves using Epic charting system and a laptop for documentation. Float rotation may be required. Heavy driving within the coverage area is expected, averaging approximately 50 miles per day.
