Job Summary
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available at a healthcare facility in Berlin, Wisconsin. This role involves working day shifts for an 8-week contract, providing care to long-term care and rehabilitation patients. The RN will be responsible for wound care, following physician orders, and ensuring quality patient care in a 20-bed long-term care unit and a 17-bed rehabilitation unit.

Job Details

• Shift Schedule: 12-hour days, 8 weeks duration
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2+ years of RN experience, recent long-term care experience highly preferred, acute care experience accepted in lieu if experienced RN, charting experience with Epic and Pyxis highly preferred, strong travel experience is preferred
• Schedule: Shift time is Days; Guaranteed hours are 36 per week, with work scheduled from the start date of 08/31/2026
• Additional Information: Ability to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles) to care for rehab and long-term care patients. Orientation consists of 5 days (1 day onboarding and 4 shifts with a preceptor). Scrub colors are flexible.
• Holiday Rotation: As needed, every other holiday.
• Interview Days: Monday through Friday, with MSP interview types.
• On-Call/Call Back Requirements: None.
• Float: Float rotation to Peabody Manor may be required.
• Experience: No minimum experience required beyond the stated 2+ years of RN experience; experience in long-term care or post-acute settings is strongly preferred.
