Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Berlin, Wisconsin. The role requires managing multiple patients on a 12-hour night shift, adhering to clinical protocols, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Location: 482 OAK ST, BERLIN, WI 54923
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. The assignment lasts for 10 weeks, starting on 08/31/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, Associates Degree or Certificate, minimum 2+ years of RN experience including recent long-term care experience; acute care experience acceptable if experienced in long-term care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wound care, follow MD orders, PIV insertion, and blood draws. Epic charting and Pyxis medication management system proficiency preferred.
• Shift Notes: 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 10 weeks. Orientation includes 5 days total1 day onboarding, followed by 4 shifts with a preceptor. Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks.
• Additional Information: Ability to float to a nearby facility (40 miles) to cover rehab and long-term care patients. Will be scheduled to work every other weekend and as needed on holidays.
