Description
Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation at a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, with a focus on stroke and heart failure treatment. The facility is located in Tacoma, Washington, and the position is scheduled for day shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or rehabilitation setting, and the ability to work in an adult patient population.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stroke and heart failure treatments is preferred.
- Additional Information: The position is a replacement of permanent staff, offering a stable environment focused on adult patient care in a 60-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:6.
