• Experience Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including management-level experience in a perioperative setting. Experience should include Post-Anesthesia Unit, Same Day Surgery, Central Processing Services, and Surgery Scheduling.
• Specialty Experience: Orthopedics, Robotics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry, Thoracic Surgery, General Surgery.
• Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of circulating and assisting during a wide range of surgical procedures
  • Thorough understanding of surgical instrumentation
  • Sterile techniques
  • Operating room protocols across multiple specialties
  • Ability to support both complex and routine procedures
  • Strong leadership and workflow management skills
• Licenses and Certifications:
  • Active California RN License
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • MAB or CPI
  • LA City Fire & Life Safety Card (must be LA City approved)
  • LA County Employee Health Clearance
• EMR System: Cerner
• Travel Requirement: No
