Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Russellville, Arkansas. • Facility Description: Serving a community with a 170-bed, Joint Commission-accredited facility that includes services such as emergency care, cardiology, gastroenterology, inpatient rehabilitation, and more. Offers scenic views of the Ozarks and Lake Dardanelle, with renowned bass fishing and proximity to Mount Nebo State Park.

  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
  • Weekend hours: Some weekends, depending on scheduling
  • Call Requirements: One shift per month if census is down
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  • Years of Experience: 2 years preferred (minimum 0 years required)
  • Float Requirements: Medical surgical float rotation may be required
  • Additional Notes:
    • Unit includes vents, impella, Swan-Ganz, arterial lines, and uses Meditech electronic health record system.
    • Patient population: Adults only; no pediatric patients.
• Qualifications:
  • Experience in ICU setting required.
  • Must have valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 0 years of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Ability to work nights, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, at least 36 hours per week.
