Job Summary:
Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care at a pediatric inpatient unit located in Springfield, MA. The position involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population from the neonatal period through age 21. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment with the potential to float to specialized units as needed.

Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, MA
• Schedule: Nights shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Continuing Care Nursery, but float will not be involved for this position
• Additional Information: The inpatient pediatric unit features 45 beds with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4-5. The environment is multidisciplinary, serving patients with medical, surgical, oncology, trauma, orthopedic, and behavioral health conditions. No advanced certifications are required for the role. The position begins on 09/07/2026.
