Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse in Lodi, California. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients on mixed Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring patient safety and well-being in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience, solid telemetry experience on mixed Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
- Additional Information: This role requires experience with telemetry monitoring, patient assessment, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include data collection, developing and implementing care plans, discharge planning, and delegation of duties. The position is based in Lodi, California, with a start date of 08/24/2026.
