Description
Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is needed for a role located in Milwaukee, WI. The position involves night shifts and offers a high level of clinical versatility. The RN will provide care to ICU patients and may be required to float to Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, or other units based on skill set and operational needs. Flexibility to float within a 40-mile radius and the ability to start by July 12th are essential.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, willingness to float within ICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU, EPIC electronic medical records proficiency, and 0 years of experience minimum
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior neuro ICU or burn ICU experience is preferred but not required
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The RN must be able to start by July 12th for elevated pay rate. The role involves patient assignments within the nurses skill set and may include Med/Surg/Intermediate Care (IMC) as needed, with onsite float within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles. The position requires adaptability, clinical competency, and flexibility to meet operational needs.
