Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse position in Indianapolis. This role involves providing specialized care for patients requiring close monitoring and ongoing treatment within a surgical progressive care setting. The position demands a qualified nurse who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective clinical intervention.

Job Details:

• Certification Requirements: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), ACLS, BLS.
• Education Requirements and Experience: Minimum of 0 years of experience, with at least 2+ years preferred in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery patient care settings.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 1900-0730, with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS certifications, and 0+ years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CVPCU, cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery patients.
• Unit Information: 23 beds with patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4.
• Additional Information: Successful candidates may be required to complete education modules prior to their first day.
