Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse is needed for a healthcare provider in a facility that emphasizes high-quality patient care. This role involves caring for adult patients with various medical conditions and requires proficiency in reading telemetry strips. The position is scheduled for dayshift shifts, starting on 09/08/2026 and ending on 12/08/2026, with a schedule of 12 hours per shift. The nurse must be able to float within their scope of practice as needed.

• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), CPI (or MAB), and NIHSS certifications. Ability to read telemetry strips. Education and experience requirements include a valid license and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Additional Information: After three call-outs, the contract will be terminated. Compliance clearance is required 10 days prior to orientation. Travelers will be tested on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution before orientation; failure to pass will result in contract cancellation. Floating is required within the scope of practice. Charge or preceptor duties may be required and will be reflected on the healthcare professional's timesheet.
