Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Various Location. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the emergency department, with responsibilities including patient assessment, planning, and supervision of staff. The ER Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient safety and care quality, supporting the facility's clinical leadership to ensure optimal resource management and competency among staff.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 0 years of experience; location in the designated area; ability to work evenings
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are desirable
• Additional Information: The emergency department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility chief nursing officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
