Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position in a post-acute care setting. This opportunity involves providing patient care for diverse diagnoses and patient types, following unit notes and clinical standards. The assignment is scheduled to start on 08/31/2026 and conclude on 11/30/2026, with scheduled shifts of 12 hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (06:00 AM - 06:30 PM); every third weekend and holiday
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; minimum 1 year of experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care settings and working with diverse patient diagnoses
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information:
  • Unit notes indicate specific items such as local rates within 80 miles and GSS housing discounts.
  • No on-call or callback available, nor billable.
  • Backouts and quits with less than 14 days' notice incur a fee.
  • Orientation pathway completed with staff is required before start.
  • Common diagnoses include a variety of patient types requiring comprehensive care.
  • Charting system utilized is Point Click Care (PCC).
