Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse working night shifts in a post-acute care setting. This position involves providing compassionate patient care across a variety of diagnoses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining documentation standards. The assignment spans from August 31, 2026, to November 30, 2026, with scheduled 12-hour night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting; location-specific orientation completed with staff; no degree or specific certifications required beyond baseline licensing and BLS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-acute care; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) charting system; BSN preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: Position involves handling a diverse patient population with various diagnoses. No on-call or billable call back is available; backouts and quits with less than 14-day notice incur a fee. Orientation pathway must be completed with the organizations staff.
