Job Summary

Med-Surg Registered Nurse in the region. This role involves providing compassionate patient care on a medical-surgical floor with adult and geriatric populations. Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, a minimum of five years of relevant nursing experience, and previous med-surg experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing common diagnoses and treatments typical of adult and geriatric patients, demonstrating strong team-oriented personality traits and a commitment to ownership of responsibilities
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit has 18 beds, with a patient ratio of 1:6. EHR system used is Meditech. The team supports adult and geriatric patient populations, with potential exposure to a variety of diagnoses and treatments. The position starts on 09/07/2026 and concludes on 11/02/2026, with orientation typically scheduled weekly on Mondays.
