Description
Job Summary
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) Kirkland, WA. This position involves providing home health care services in the specified coverage area with a focus on patient well-being and compliance with all state and agency policies. The assignment is scheduled to start as soon as possible and extend for approximately 13 weeks.
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington state nursing license; 1 year of home healthcare experience; ability to start by 08/31/2026; coverage area includes Kirkland, Kenmore, Bothell; Epic electronic medical record experience preferred; no float rotation required
- Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience; Epic EMR experience
- Additional Information: All documentation is due the Friday before each weekly start; orientation sessions scheduled biweekly on Mondays; all certifications and documentation must be maintained and updated as required; 30 days cancellation policy.
