Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) professional in a healthcare setting. This position involves working in a high-volume surgical environment with a focus on total joint, spine, and robotic surgeries, including Da Vinci technology. The role requires active certification and a strong background in the specified specialties to support surgical procedures effectively.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Must be an actively credentialed Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or a Tech in Surgery (TS-C) by NCCT. A minimum of three years of experience in the field is required. Previous travel experience is also necessary. The candidate must have substantial experience in total joint, spine, and robotics surgeries, including Da Vinci systems.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily dayshift with shift hours from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 30% of shifts occurring from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., based on department needs. Occasional weekend work is required.
• Shift Hours: 10 hours
• Start Date: 09/08/2026
• End Date: 03/20/2027
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include supporting surgical teams in total joint, spine, and robotic procedures, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, maintaining sterile environments, and assisting with patient care and safety standards during operations.
