Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse in Nashville, TN. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill newborns within a 60-bed unit, utilizing advanced equipment and adhering to unit-specific policies. The position offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for experienced professionals committed to neonatal patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); previous NICU experience preferred.
- Additional Information: The role requires procedures performed on neonatal patients, adherence to dress code policies (navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs; no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish), and compliance with unit-specific policies. Candidates must demonstrate advanced skills relevant to neonatal care and possess certifications as specified.
