Job Summary:
The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse position is located at the specified healthcare facility. This role entails providing direct clinical care to assigned patients during night shifts, with an emphasis on patient assessment, planning, and supervision of staff. The nurse will support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, along with maintaining staff competency and resource management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher; A minimum of 0 years of clinical experience; Located within the designated geographic area; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Certified in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred but not required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU or critical care settings; Strong supervisory and leadership skills; Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
• Additional Information: The ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for patient care assessment, care planning, and ensuring clinical staff competency. The role requires supervision of staff, adherence to hospital SOPs, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and care quality during night shifts.
