Job Summary
Home Healthcare Nursing in the area. This role involves providing comprehensive skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, ensuring the achievement of care goals through independent practice and minimal supervision. The position offers a consistent daytime schedule with no weekends or after-hours calls, covering specific zip codes within the Tri-County Area.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or a current compact/multi-state license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State; valid drivers license; current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Card; one (1) year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting is preferred; home health experience is desired.

• Contacts: Patient and family interactions in the home setting; communication with other healthcare professionals, community agencies, and agency personnel.
• Work Environment and Demands: Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and reaching; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; regular driving; exposure to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and potentially hazardous conditions; work under stressful conditions with deadlines; may require work during holidays or weekends as needed.
• Required Skills: Nursing process implementation, time management, hospice nursing, observation, written communication.
