Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in the area. The RN will provide high-quality, holistic care to patients across all age groups in a Level I Trauma facility. The role requires independent and collaborative nursing functions, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following standards of nursing practice. The RN will coordinate care among disciplines and delegate activities to other care providers as appropriate, contributing to optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, working 12 hours per shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications and state license in Minnesota, 2+ years of Emergency Room (ER) experience, 1 year of travel experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC, documentation of ENPC, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications, trauma Level I experience, experience with all patient populations, Epic electronic medical record experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, work history and skills checklist current within 1 year, inclusion of 2 supervisory references with dates of employment.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position involves working with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, requiring the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations and coordinate multidisciplinary care efforts.
