Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse position located in North Carolina. This role involves providing competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process to meet patient needs. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 12-hour shift hours; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (ADN or ASN) from an accredited school of Nursing; Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC; 0 years of experience minimum.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Additional Information: The role requires strong patient assessment skills, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively for patients with complex care needs.
