Job Summary:
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse in a hospital setting. This position involves providing competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shift hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from AHA or ARC. One (1) year of nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Additional Information: The role requires demonstrating competence in care of patients with complex problems, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects. The nurse will participate in patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The position emphasizes safety management, discharge planning, patient education, and cultural competence, with opportunities for professional growth and contribution to performance improvement activities.
