Description
Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position is available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care within a PCU environment, supporting a unit with 16 beds and a team of 5 staff members. The position is scheduled for night shifts, and the assignment runs from September 15, 2026, to December 15, 2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid ACLS certification; PCU experience; relevant education and licensure as per state requirements; location must be within the designated area; minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to med surg and PCU units.
- Additional Information: The unit staff includes a charge nurse and technical staff covering both day and night shifts. Typical patient ratio is 1:4. Staff must adhere to unit policies and dress code, which includes royal blue scrubs. Acls certification is mandatory.
