Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse Inverness, Florida. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a busy and technologically advanced cath lab environment. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to perform heart caths, interventions, and structural heart procedures. The assignment spans from September 14, 2026, to December 7, 2026, with shifts totaling ten hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), previous Cath Lab experience, ability to take call, Education: RN license, Location requirements: candidates must be willing to work in Inverness, Florida, with a minimum of 0 years of experience in cardiac cath procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Structural Heart experience, Electrophysiology (EP) experience
• Unit Information:
  • Beds Capacity: 204 beds
  • Unit Location: Main hospital, 4th floor
  • Facilities include 2 cath lab rooms, 10 pre/post beds, and 6 holding beds
  • Staff: 20 team members including day shift RNs and CVTs, with scheduled call rotations
  • Equipment: GE imaging systems, Volcano, Rotoblator, Angiojet, IABP, Impella, Penumbra, Inari
  • EMR Systems: Cerner and Merge hemodynamic system
• Typical Procedures: Heart caths and interventions, peripheral caths, TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman, pacemaker and ICD implants, EP studies and ablations, PFO & ASD closures, carotid stents.
• Additional Information:
  • Very dynamic and busy cath lab with advanced cardiac programs and specialties
  • Schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotations in accordance with hospital policies
  • Unit policies and guidelines are available for review
