Description
Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Plano. This travel assignment involves providing specialized care to mothers and newborns in a Mother/Baby (660) unit. The role is scheduled for night shifts and requires dedication to delivering high-quality maternal and neonatal care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing; experience working within a Mother/Baby (660) unit; available to start on 08/17/2026 and work through 11/16/2026
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are highly desirable
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: This position focuses on providing maternal and neonatal patient care, including monitoring contractions, fetal heart rates, and assisting with deliveries and post-partum care. Strong communication and clinical skills in a Mother/Baby setting are essential.
