Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor nurse in Salem, Virginia. This role involves providing quality care to post-operative patients within a 36-bed medical-surgical unit. The position requires a team-oriented professional capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, 0 years of experience, location in Salem, VA, and educational requirements as specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with post-operative patient care, dressing changes, wound care, and drain management.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be team players with a positive attitude, strong patient advocacy skills, and the ability to thrive under fast-paced conditions. Uniform code includes navy blue or white scrubs; hoodies, pull-overs, and T-shirts are not permitted.
