Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Staff Nurse (RN) to join the emergency services team. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing care across all patient populations, including neonates, infants, children, young adults, adults, and older adults. The RN will execute the Standards of Nursing Practice through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, contributing to patient care coordination and standards improvement.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: 2+ years of emergency room experience, 1 year of travel experience, current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from AHA or ARC, current ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications, trauma level I experience, experience with all patient populations, Epic electronic medical record experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, Minnesota state license.

  • Additional Information: Candidates should have a strong work history pertinent to emergency nursing, current skills checklist, and two supervisory references with employment dates. RTO requests must be included at the time of submission.
