Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurses are needed in a healthcare organization located in the area. This position involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing clinical care and contributing professional knowledge to patient management. The assignment requires the ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses, with shifts scheduled for 12 hours.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two years of previous experience; at least one travel contract completed preferred; IL state license required; drivers license; work history/resume; skills checklist completed within the past year; license verification; copy of required certifications (BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)); references - one supervisory reference; must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
• Additional Information: The unit has maintained a 1:7 patient ratio; high volume of open travel needs are a response to improve this ratio. Contracts are available for 8, 10, or 13 weeks.
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• State Licenses: Illinois required, Iowa on offer
