Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves working on a rotating day/evening shift schedule, with shift hours from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., and a weekend rotation every six weeks as needed. The role requires a strong background in orthopedic surgery, spine procedures, and robotics, with specific certifications and licensure as outlined below.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating day/evening shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), and EPIC electronic health record experience. Candidate must have a strong background in orthopedic, spine, and robotics procedures. No local candidates will be accepted. Candidates must be separated from previous employment with the organization for at least six months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with orthopedic and spine surgeries, robotics, and familiarity with EPIC system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must have a minimum of six months separation from the organization. Any color scrubs are acceptable.
