Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse in Cleveland, Ohio This position involves providing specialized perioperative care in a busy surgical environment. The role requires scrubbing and circulating in various surgical procedures, including eye trauma, urology, gynecology, and robotic surgeries. The RN will support multiple operating departments, primarily working in a 7-room unit, with opportunities to float to other areas as needed.

- Experience Requirements: 7 years of experience in operating room nursing
- Education Requirements: Valid Driver's License or State ID, UHS Submission Packet Checklist, and UHS Prior Employment Form required
- Certification Requirements: Not specified
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, with obligations including 2 weekend call shifts and an additional shift of 11:00 AM to 7:45 PM per week
- Required Qualifications: 7 years of operating room nursing experience, ability to scrub, experience with Davinci XI surgical system, ability to circulate and scrub in posterior eye and eye trauma cases
- Additional Information: The RN will assist with a range of procedures including general, colorectal, gynecology, urology, breast, eye, brachytherapy, plastics, uro-Gynecology, and robotic surgeries. The role involves working primarily Monday through Friday, often finishing by 7-8 pm, with additional weekend call shifts.
