Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse Practitioner position in a post-acute setting. This role involves serving as an interim Director of Nursing (DON), with responsibilities including clinical coverage and on-floor duties as needed. The position requires an active license to submit and at least two years of clinical experience.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; BLS Certification; minimum 2 years of clinical experience, in addition to the specified start and end dates (08/31/2026 to 11/30/2026)
- Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Shift Notes: Serving as interim DON, requiring floor coverage as needed
- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours weekly
