Job Summary:
Leder in labor and delivery for a healthcare facility located in the area. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery department, supervising and coordinating nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; experience in an acute care facility preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor required; valid licensure and certifications according to facility and department protocols.
• Essential Functions: Collects pertinent patient data, analyzes assessment findings to develop diagnosis and care plans, implements interventions, coordinates patient care, evaluates progress toward outcomes, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe, healing, and caring environments. Provides patient education and participates in discharge planning, delegating duties as appropriate.
