Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Cardiovascular specialty position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves managing patients in the CVICU, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, and post-cardiac surgery care. The assignment offers essential clinical exposure and skill development in a dynamic, hospital-based environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, minimum of 0 years of relevant experience, and Epic experience on a cardiovascular-focused campus.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge experience within CVICU setting.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Glenbrook MICU, Evanston ICU, or Highland Park ICU.
• Additional Information: Candidates must pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or above and submit an updated resume, CV skills checklist (within the last year), supervisor reference (within the last year), and verification of Illinois license prior to start.
