Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) specialty position located in a large healthcare facility setting. This role involves providing comprehensive emergency care on a day shift basis, with a focus on acute patient management and trauma procedures. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications; no minimum experience required; candidate must be able to start on or before 09/07/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency department, trauma patient care, IV start, blood draw, resuscitation, EKG procedures
• Additional Information: The unit is an emergency department with 28 beds, staffed by 15 team members including RNs, techs, and a unit secretary. It operates with patient ratios of 4:1 and requires active, personable candidates capable of managing acute situations efficiently. Staff work four weekend shifts per month; no on-call required.
