Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility, with a focus on providing comprehensive perioperative patient care. This role involves applying professional nursing practices to support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 09/08/2026 to 11/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of South Carolina or holding a current multi-state license recognized by the NCSBN Compact, with no permanent residency requirement. Must possess a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing. Ability to scrub and circulate in the operating room.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the Operating Room (OR).
• Skills: Scrubbing and circulating, patient care evaluation, critical thinking, knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice, ability to communicate clearly, and react effectively in emergency situations.
• Additional Information: This position involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting patients up to 50 pounds. Exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and infectious materials is possible. The role requires work under stressful conditions, deadlines, and possibly working on weekends or holidays.
