Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room Nurse
• Location: Kingwood, TX
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours shifts
• Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• End Date: 01/25/2027
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS; education in nursing; minimum of 3 years of ER experience; Texas state licensure or eligibility; 1 year of recent ER experience required
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma procedures; active, personable personality
• Responsibilities: Manage acute emergency cases, perform IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EKG, and other trauma procedures; adhere to unit policies and guidelines; work 4 weekend shifts per month; no on-call responsibilities
• Additional Information: Candidates without the specified skills will not be considered for the role. The typical patient ratio is 4:1; unit staff includes charge nurses, techs, and a unit secretary.
