Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Location: Ukiah. This hospital-based role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The position includes supervising and directing various levels of nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Rotating
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with weekend rotation
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Additional Information: The role requires excellent assessment skills, care planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams. ACLS certification is required. PALS is preferred or optional for initial contracts but must be obtained if extending. Epic electronic health record experience is also required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed and certified as specified and available to start on 09/14/2026, with the contract ending on 12/13/2026.
