Description

Job Summary:
A Surgical Technician (Operating Room Technician) position is available in an outpatient setting. This assignment involves providing perioperative support in various surgical specialties including vascular procedures, general surgery, orthopedics, robotics, ENT, plastics, and neuro. The role requires adaptability to float across multiple departments and work during day shifts.

Job Details:

Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Start Date: 10/19/2026
End Date: 04/18/2027
Required Qualifications: Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) BLS certification is required, CNOR certification preferred Near 2 years of experience as a surgical or operating room technician Prior travel experience preferred Work history from similar size facilities with trauma level II or higher Vascular skills are a MUST Solid knowledge base including, but not limited to, orthopedics, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, neuro The candidate must have close to 2 years of experience
Additional Information: Float rotation may be required. Candidates must be available to work Monday to Sunday with no block schedules for any reason. Bi-weekly orientations are scheduled on Mondays. All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained. Complete work history details including bed count, EMR systems, and facility type are required for submission.
Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Travel: No travel required.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
