Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nursing Nights This position is responsible for providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, the nurse will deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 3/12 night shifts, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. - Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
• Additional Information: - This is a 13-week assignment with an option to extend. - The interview will be conducted via phone by the hiring manager.
