Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care, focusing on postpartum, antepartum, and newborn care. The position requires developing and implementing individualized care plans, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, and advocating for evidence-based practices to ensure patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, 3 out of 6 holidays required, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ASN degree, Advanced Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM), licensure as a Registered Nurse in the designated state or with multi-state compact license, BLS-AHA, NRP, at least 1+ year of experience in postpartum care, antepartum care, newborn care, operating room (OR), or labor and delivery
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, NRP
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
• Required Skills & Experience: POSTPARTUM CARE, ANTEPARTUM CARE, NEWBORN CARE, OPERATING ROOM (OR), LABOR AND DELIVERY
• Education: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required; BSN preferred
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• End Date: 12/19/2026
