Job Summary
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is available in a healthcare facility in an unspecified location. This role involves providing intensive patient care in a high-acuity environment, with orientation and training to ensure clinical proficiency. The position requires working night shifts with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week from September 7, 2026, through December 7, 2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of ICU/progressive care experience, BLS certification through AHA, ACLS certification through AHA, minimum 2 years of experience in ICU, licensure to submit.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in vent management, overdose/suicide patient care, ART lines, general ICU equipment utilization, and specific unit procedures. Familiarity with electronic charting and medication systems such as EPIC.
• Float: Float rotation to medical-surgical units may be required.
• Additional Information: Intensive care orientation is an 8-hour shift; clinicians must be comfortable floating to other departments as needed. The unit has a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 and a total of 8 beds. Unit dress code is Caribbean Blue. No trauma level specified.
