Description
Job Summary:
Certified Operating Room Technologist (ORT CERT) position available in a healthcare organization. The role involves assisting surgeons by preparing the operating room, handling surgical instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment during procedures. The candidate will support intra-operative activities, pre-operative setup, and post-operative responsibilities, including dressing applications and specimen preparations. The position requires taking call and working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment within various surgical specialties, including neuro and robotics.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Nursys License or equivalent certification; professional profile and references verified as required.
- Additional Information: The role involves extensive neuro and robotics support across multiple specialties, with experience in radical neck procedures preferred. The candidate must be able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment.
