Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking an Operating Room (OR) registered nurse for a position in a facility. The role involves working primarily day hours with the possibility of rotating into evening shifts, utilizing ortho surgical skills, and possibly managing total joint procedures. The assignment offers a high level of clinical engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Shift: Rotating day and evening shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Licensed registered nurse with completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; orthopedics experience with total joint procedures preferred; Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) experience is advantageous; VT license must be applied for upon acceptance
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience highly preferred
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, rotating between day and evening hours, totaling 40 hours per week, starting from 09/08/2026, ending on 12/05/2026
- Additional Information: On-call responsibilities included; orientation is conducted on a biweekly basis; provider must have their own vehicle due to limited public transportation options; prior review of work history and profile accuracy is required for submission
