Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse position located at the facility. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients within the operating room setting, overseeing staff delegation, and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care. The position includes responsibilities for supervision, ensuring staff competency, and managing resources related to patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in operating room nursing, valid nursing license, no minimum years of experience required, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with surgical procedures, familiarity with operating room protocols, and additional certifications related to perioperative nursing are preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The position includes an on-call requirement once a week.
