Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse - Glenbrook. This position involves providing emergency nursing care in a cardio-focused hospital serving an elderly population. The role requires managing a high patient volume, including pediatric patients, in a Level II facility, with a focus on cardiology and compliance with Epic electronic medical record systems.

Job Details:

• Location: Glenbrook, with start date on 09/06/2026 and end date on 12/06/2026.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour evening hours from 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid Illinois nursing license, CPR certification, ACLS certification, NIH Stroke certification, PALS certification, TNCC or TNS certification, and Epic electronic medical record experience. A minimum of 2 years of emergency room (ER) experience is required. Must submit and pass an EKG test with a score of 80% or higher on the first attempt.
• Additional Information: This position is situated in a more cardio-intensive hospital setting with a patient volume of approximately 3,000 patients per month. Experience with Epic systems is essential. Floating is not required. On-call duties are not part of this role.
