Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in the healthcare organization. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care, patient monitoring, and assisting surgical teams across various procedures. This role emphasizes patient safety, adherence to standards, and professional development within a dynamic OR environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current New York State Registered Nurse License; BLS Certification; 0 years of experience requirements; in specified schedule.
• Schedule: 12-hour shift hours. Minimum of 36 hours per week, typically scheduled from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or as assigned.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting; Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing; CCRN certification; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications as required by the home unit.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform nursing duties related to the surgical procedures, patient preparation, and recovery. The role involves collaboration with surgical teams, adherence to hospital policies, and active participation in continuing education and professional development initiatives.
