Job Summary:
Emergency Room RN Location: Not Specified. This role involves providing critical nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The position requires managing complex patient needs, including critical care procedures and trauma cases, with a focus on delivering safe and high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district, ER experience of at least 3 years, graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, BSN highly desired, Cerner experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The ED is fast-paced, treating a variety of patient types ranging from urgent care to critical trauma cases. Nurses must be willing and able to work in the trauma room as the bedside trauma RN and handle patient ratios of 1:5. Responsibilities include managing medication titrations, arterial lines, blood transfusions, and chest tubes, ensuring the highest safety standards and positive patient experiences. Candidate must be willing to live at least 50 miles away from the facility and be able to work in the trauma environment.
