Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, supporting infants with complex medical needs. The assignment duration is approximately three months, starting from September 21, 2026, to December 21, 2026, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, at least 3 years of Level III NICU experience, and the ability to manage infants from Level I to Level III NICUs
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with delivery procedures, float to postpartum units, and proficiency with EMR Meditech and CPNT equipment
• Additional Information:
  • Unit with 21 beds (flexible to 37 beds), staffed by approximately 60 nursing professionals
  • Typical procedures performed include line placement and intubations
  • Must have an energetic personality and be able to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
  • Dress code: Scrubs in purple
  • Willingness to work weekends and be on call every other week
